[But when Percy places the gun on the table, it instantly catches his attention and he shuts up for a moment. He doesn't take it instantly, instead leans forward, eyes squinting at it. It's... really something else, something he's never seen before. It looks ominous, yes, but with a glance at Percy, it kind of fits his style.
After a small pause, and his tail swishing in intense concentration and curiosity, Molly looks up at Percy, still leaned forward-]
